San Francisco, November 6, 2023 — The consortium led by renowned experts Prof. Massimo Busin and Dr. Luigi De Rosa presented their groundbreaking research results at the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Annual Meeting, held from November 3-6, 2023, in San Francisco.

The AAO Annual Meeting, the world’s largest gathering of ophthalmologists, served as an ideal platform for the consortium to showcase their latest findings. Their project, which focuses on innovative treatments and advancements in corneal surgery, has made significant strides in improving patient outcomes and advancing the field.
